Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Trades Assistant - Service & Cleaning

Chillin NT' is seeking an enthusiastic Air Conditioning Trades Assistant to join our team in Darwin, NT. As an Air Conditioning Trades Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing service and cleaning support to our air conditioning and refrigeration technicians, contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of our services.

Key responsibilities

- Assist air conditioning and refrigeration technicians with installation, service, and maintenance tasks
- Perform cleaning and basic maintenance on air conditioning units and related equipment
- Support technicians in the preparation and organisation of work sites
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, protected, and well-organised
- Provide general labour support as needed to complete projects
- Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for





- Some experience in the air conditioning or trades industry, or a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move equipment as required
- A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
