We are seeking a Store Person - Parts Warehouse to join Kerry's Automotive Group in Darwin, NT. As a Store Person, you will play a vital role in the productive operation of our parts warehouse, ensuring that all automotive parts are properly stored, organised, and readily available for our customers and internal operations. This position is fundamental to maintaining our service excellence and supporting the continued growth of our business.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving, unpacking and inspecting incoming automotive parts shipments for accuracy and damage
- Picking and packing customer orders with precision and care to ensure correct fulfillment
- Storing parts in designated locations within the warehouse using our inventory management systems
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts
- Organising and maintaining a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and racking systems safely and responsibly
- Assisting with goods dispatch and loading vehicles for delivery
- Processing returns and managing stock rotation to minimise obsolescence
- Supporting the warehouse team and contributing to a positive workplace culture
- Adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a warehouse, parts warehouse or similar logistics environment




- Valid driver's licence and willingness to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (or ability to obtain relevant certification)
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional approach to customer service
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and computer literacy
- A commitment to health and safety in the workplace
- Reliability and punctuality
