We are looking for a Senior Franchise Business Advisor to join the pack. The role

This is not a desk job advising from the sidelines. You will work directly with business owners to build the fundamental infrastructure their business needs before it can scale, or franchise, or disrupt its category. Operations manuals, systemisation, unit economics, governance, the unglamorous groundwork that determines whether a business is actually ready for what comes next.

You will own advisory relationships end to end. You will sit with owners and leadership teams, challenge the way things have always been done, and help shape the strategic direction of businesses that want to become category leaders, not just stay afloat.

This role carries real obligation. Owners are trusting you with the future of what they have built. You need to hold that with equal parts commercial rigour and genuine care. What you bring

Business ownership or franchise experience. Not optional. You need to have sat on the other side of this table, either as a franchisee, a franchisor,



or a business owner who has lived the commercial realities we advise on every day. This is a must have, not a nice to have.

A genuine affinity for building relationships. This work runs on trust, not scripts. You need to be the kind of person people want to keep talking to, on the valuable calls and the hard ones.

A track record of driving commercial outcomes. We measure impact, not activity.

Business transformation experience. You have taken a business from where it was to where it needed to be, and you understand what that actually takes, structurally and strategically.

A willingness to get your hands dirty. This is not a title for the sake of a title. You will be in the detail, building the infrastructure alongside the owners who need it. Where this goes

This role has genuine scope to grow. As WolfCO's advisory footprint expands, there is a real path for this position to evolve into something broader, with an international remit for the right person. We are building the foundations for the next generation of Australian franchising icons, and we want someone who wants to help shape that from the ground up.
