This newly created leadership opportunity will help shape how we attract, engage and retain exceptional people while supporting workforce growth across our national portfolio. Reporting to the Senior People, Culture & Safety Manager, you'll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to lead executive recruitment, strengthen workforce planning, deliver annual talent programs and drive innovation through AI-enabled recruitment solutions. What's the role? This is much more than recruitment. You'll lead the day-to-day Talent Acquisition function while influencing workforce strategy,



partnering with senior leaders and helping build the future capability of Eureka.

You'll personally lead executive and specialist recruitment, coach and develop our Talent Acquisition Specialist, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes through technology, automation and AI.

Your Responsibilities Will Include Leading the Talent Acquisition function and coaching our Talent Acquisition Specialist

Partnering with Executive Leaders on workforce planning and future talent strategies

Leading executive, senior leadership and specialist recruitment

Delivering annual talent programs, including succession planning, talent reviews and internal mobility

Designing and implementing AI-powered recruitment workflows and automation

Managing agency partnerships, recruitment technology and Talent Acquisition governance

Developing meaningful recruitment reporting and workforce insights

Is this role right for you? We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to Talent Acquisition. You'll Ideally Have Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a Talent Acquisition function or team

Experience managing executive, senior leadership or specialist recruitment

Workforce planning and talent strategy experience

Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability

Experience delivering talent initiatives such as succession planning or performance review programs

Commercial acumen with a focus on continuous improvement

Experience using or implementing AI tools within Talent Acquisition or People & Culture

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
