You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases. See Yourself at Telix The Senior Tax Manager – Global (Ex Americas) reports to the VP, Global Tax & Treasury and is responsible for leading the company’s international tax strategy across all regions outside the Americas. This role provides strategic oversight of global tax planning, compliance, and governance while ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.

A key focus area is leading the organization’s OECD Pillar Two implementation and ongoing compliance efforts. The position also owns the company’s EMEA tax profile, including tax risk management, reporting, and advisory support. The successful candidate will partner across Finance, Legal, Treasury, and external advisors to drive tax efficiency, mitigate risk, and support global business growth.

Key Accountabilities International Tax Advisory Lead Pillar Two modelling, compliance, and ongoing monitoring

Oversee transfer pricing policies, documentation, and audit defence

Manage complex international tax issues (PE risk, IP, restructures)

Act as primary interface with external tax advisors and auditors Compliance, Governance & Risk Drive tax risk management and governance frameworks

Lead and manage all direct and indirect tax matters for the group, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and customs duties.

Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations across APAC /EMEA Region.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax-related disclosures and provisions in management accounts and audited financial statements.

Review and file tax returns, including consolidated group filings where applicable.

Oversee BAS, GST,



FBT and PAYG tax compliance

Oversee tax accounting and reporting, including deferred taxes, tax provisions, and disclosures in financial statements.

Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities and external consultants and develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the group’s tax position. Tax Advisory & Support Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations) on tax-related matters in projects.

Provide support to subsidiaries when dealing with revenue authorities on all matters relating to taxation.

Responsible for the tax side of budgets and forecasts.

Optimization of group and subsidiary taxation expenses by identifying areas of tax savings.

Review and oversee routine monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reconciliations across the group.

Conduct periodic internal tax health checks to proactively identify risks and ensure full compliance.

Liaise with and coordinate external tax advisors and consultants to ensure high-quality tax planning, compliance, and audit support.

Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and governance around tax processes and documentation.

Education & Experience 8+ years’ experience in Australian tax (Big 4/mid-tier/public practice or industry)

Proven corporate tax expertise and strong technical knowledge

Clear and confident communication skills

Strong organisational and analytical abilities with attention to detail

CA, CPA, CTA qualification

Strong knowledge of Australian corporate tax, GST, and FBT legislation

Experience dealing with the Tax Regulators
