Senior Transformation Project Manager – Technology

Perth, WA | Long-Term Contract

We're seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Project Manager to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives for a major organisation based in Perth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation program where you'll play a key role in delivering strategic technology initiatives across the business. Working with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams, you'll be responsible for driving complex projects that deliver measurable business outcomes.

About the Role As the Senior Transformation Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery across multiple technology transformation projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through to implementation. You'll manage governance, budgets, risks, vendors, and stakeholder engagement while leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of complex enterprise technology transformation programs.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders.
- Manage project governance, reporting, RAID logs, and steering committee updates.
- Coordinate internal delivery teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive successful business change and technology adoption.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Promote best-practice project delivery methodologies across the organisation.





Skills & Experience

- 10 years' experience delivering large-scale technology projects and transformation programs.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital or technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong background delivering projects across cloud, infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data, or digital platforms.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives.
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, governance, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Highly Desirable

- Experience delivering Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise application transformation projects.
- PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification.
- Experience working within mining, resources, energy, utilities, or large enterprise environments.
- Strong organisational change management experience.
