- Coordinate effectively with hotels, destination management companies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for repeat bookings, referrals, membership conversion, upgrades and cross-selling.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately record client interactions, opportunities and outcomes in the company CRM.
- Achieve agreed sales, membership and revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, client feedback, market developments and potential partnership opportunities.
- Represent Star Journey professionally at client meetings, networking events and relevant industry activities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- The ability to understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Strong presentation, objection-handling, sales conversion and follow-up capabilities.
