– Trust Accountant

Ready to use your trust accounting experience in a broader way?
You know trust accounting. The detail, the deadlines, the compliance, the pressure and the importance of getting things right.
Real+ is looking for a Senior Trust Accountant who brings accuracy, ownership and practical real estate experience to a client-facing outsourced services role.
This is not a standard in-office agency trust accounting position. You will support multiple real estate businesses, work across different systems and procedures, help clients keep their trust accounting processes on track, and play an important role in the delivery of Real+ Outsourced Services.
This role will suit someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in accuracy, communicates clearly and can stay calm when things need to be resolved quickly.
About Real+ and why this role matters
Real+ is an established professional services, training and support business working with real estate businesses and property management teams across Australia.
We deliver education, consulting, outsourced support, membership, webinars, events and practical business solutions that help real estate teams operate better, lead better and grow stronger.
Our Outsourced Services division supports agencies with important back-office and trust accounting functions. The quality, accuracy and reliability of this work directly impacts our clients, their teams, their landlords, their tenants and their business confidence.
As a Senior Trust Accountant, you will help ensure our clients receive accurate, timely and professional trust accounting support. You will also assist with troubleshooting, process improvement and client communication where required.
In simple terms, you help keep the wheels turning properly.
About the role The Senior Trust Accountant is responsible for delivering accurate and timely trust accounting services across multiple third-party real estate agency clients.
The role includes daily receipting, banking, reconciliations, invoice processing, creditor and supplier disbursements, mid-month and end-of-month processes, reporting, bond-related tasks where included in scope, and client support.
You will work across trust accounting platforms such as Property Tree, PropertyMe and other real estate systems, following documented client procedures and Real+ service standards.
