Process Creative is looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our design team and help create premium ecommerce experiences for ambitious brands.

This is a hands-on role for a designer with a robust eye for detail, a deep understanding of UX and UI, and the confidence to take projects from early concepts through to polished final designs.

You’ll work closely with our Client Success, Strategy and Engineering teams to turn client goals into thoughtful, intuitive and high-performing digital experiences. What you’ll be doing

- Designing high-quality ecommerce experiences across UX and UI
- Creating wireframes, visual concepts, prototypes and final design systems
- Taking ownership of projects from briefing through to delivery and QA
- Translating client goals and user needs into effective design solutions
- Presenting concepts and clearly articulating design decisions to clients and internal teams
- Collaborating closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Working with Client Success to manage scope, timelines and delivery expectations
- Contributing to project discovery, workshops and strategic recommendations
- Supporting design reviews and providing constructive feedback to other designers
- Maintaining strong design consistency across responsive breakpoints and digital touchpoints
- Improving internal design processes, documentation and quality standards
- Staying current with emerging design trends, tools, technology and user behaviour About you




- Strong experience in digital, UX and UI design
- An outstanding eye for typography, layout, interaction and visual hierarchy
- Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing responsive websites and digital products
- A strong understanding of accessibility and UX best practices
- Confidence presenting work and explaining your design rationale
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution
- Experience collaborating with engineers, client success managers and clients
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in an agency environment
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

Experience designing ecommerce or Shopify experiences within a digital agency will be highly regarded.
