Service Advisor - Porsche Centre Doncaster An exciting full-time opportunity has become available for a passionate and customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team at Porsche Centre Doncaster.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop, delivering an exceptional aftersales experience that reflects the prestige, innovation, and performance of the Porsche brand.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a vital role in facilitating vehicle servicing and repairs while building long-term customer relationships based on trust, communication, and professionalism.

You will join a high-performing aftersales team in a premium dealership environment, representing one of the world's most iconic luxury automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair journey
- Assist customers with vehicle concerns, maintenance enquiries, and aftersales support
- Manage service bookings, job cards, quotations, invoicing, and payment processing
- Coordinate workshop schedules, repair orders, parts availability, and vehicle completion times
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including additional work approvals and progress updates
- Liaise with technicians, Workshop Controllers, Foremen, and third-party suppliers
- Manage Porsche loan vehicles, ensuring all documentation and legal requirements are completed accurately
- Retrieve and hand over customer vehicles while providing a detailed explanation of completed work and service invoices
- Promote additional maintenance, repair, and accessory opportunities that add value for customers




- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation using TITAN (DMS) and PQIS systems
- Build strong working relationships across Service, Parts, Administration, Finance, and other dealership departments
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives, CSI follow-up, and the effective resolution of customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with Porsche standards, dealership processes, and workplace health and safety requirements

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within an automotive customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and lasting customer relationships
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sound automotive technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
- Confidence explaining repair recommendations and communicating the value of additional services
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium customer experiences
- Experience using dealership management systems such as TITAN or similar platforms is highly regarded
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- A current and valid driver's licence is essential
