Leemark Fire Protection is a leader in providing fire protection services. We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our growing Service Division located in Mitcham. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our service delivery runs smoothly, providing exceptional service to our clients while supporting our team.

What You'll Be Doing

Service Request Management: Receive and process incoming service requests from customers promptly.

Scheduling & Assignment: Schedule and assign service technicians to jobs based on their availability and expertise through our Uptick software.

Customer Liaison: Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on the status of their service requests and ensure satisfaction.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all service activities and customer interactions using Uptick software.

Invoicing: Handle invoicing and ensure all customer charges are accurate and timely.

Process Improvement:



Identify opportunities for improving processes to enhance the service delivery experience.

Inventory Management: Order parts and equipment to support the service team.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the wider office team as required.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a client-facing service coordination or administration role.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in using various software applications and scheduling tools.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

A flexible and adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
