The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join a well-established fire protection business based in Melbourne. Supporting a busy service and maintenance team, you'll be responsible for coordinating technicians, managing service jobs and ensuring a high level of customer service.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start, ideal for someone who enjoys a rapid-paced environment and thrives in a team-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule technicians for service, maintenance and repair works
- Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance jobs from start to finish
- Prepare repair quotations, costings and variations
- Raise purchase orders
- Liaise with clients, technicians and suppliers
- Process invoicing and complete job close-out
- Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation




- Provide administrative support to the Service Managers

About You To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator, Service Scheduler or similar
- Experience within the Fire Protection or HVAC industry
- Strong working knowledge of Uptick
- Experience preparing repair quotations and variations
- The ability to manage a high volume of service and maintenance jobs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
