As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator / Scheduler to become an integral part of our business.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers while coordinating our plumbers to ensure every day runs smoothly.

Working closely with the directors, you'll help keep our customers informed, our field team organised and our office operating efficiently.

No two days are quite the same, which makes this an ideal role for someone who enjoys problem solving, staying organised and making a genuine difference.

As our business grows, this role will continue to evolve, creating opportunities for you to develop recent skills and grow alongside us.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and online bookings

- Allocating jobs to plumbers based on availability, location, urgency and requirements of the job

- Responding to urgent work, delays and unexpected changes by adjusting the schedule as required

- Keeping customers informed throughout their jobs with friendly, professional communication

- Coordinating follow-up work and liaising with contractors,



real estate agencies and external service providers where required

- Following up quotations and assisting with invoicing and outstanding accounts

- Maintaining accurate customer and job information within our Job Management System (ServiceM8)

- Supporting the continuous improvement of our systems and office processes

- Supporting the wider team with general operational and administrative tasks as required

Who This Role Would Suit

This role would suit someone who enjoys being the person that keeps everything running smoothly.

You may already be working as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Office Administrator within a trade or service-based business, or perhaps you're looking to step into a role with greater variety and responsibility.

Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking pride in providing outstanding customer service.

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience in a scheduling, dispatch or service coordination role

- Experience working within a plumbing, electrical, HVAC or other trade-based service business

- Experience using ServiceM8 or similar job management software

- Experience with quoting, invoicing or accounts follow-up
