Service Delivery Manager – Immediate Start

Bunya Care Pty Ltd is a well-established and growing NDIS provider delivering quality supports across the Toowoomba, Kingaroy and Caboolture and regions. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Manager to join our Toowoomba team for an immediate start.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with minimal supervision, is highly organised, compliance-focused, and passionate about leading quality disability services.

About the Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of participant supports, lead and mentor support workers, maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, and ensure participants receive high-quality, person-centred services.

You will work closely with our Rostering Team to ensure shifts are filled promptly and services continue without interruption. You will also participate in a shared after-hours on-call roster with other Service Delivery Managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day delivery of participant supports across SIL and Community Access services.

- Lead, support and mentor Disability Support Workers.

- Liaise closely with the Rostering Team to manage vacancies and ensure shifts are filled efficiently.

- Conduct participant reviews, support plan reviews and risk assessments.

- Prepare and maintain Service Agreements and participant documentation.

- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies and quality systems.

- Monitor incidents, restrictive practices, medication compliance and participant outcomes.

- Build strong relationships with participants,



families, Support Coordinators, Allied Health Professionals and other stakeholders.

- Participate in a shared after-hours on-call roster with other Service Delivery Managers.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

About You To be successful, you will have:

- At least 1 year of experience in a Service Delivery Manager, Team Leader or similar leadership role within the NDIS or disability sector.

- Sound knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.

- Strong understanding of SIL operations and service delivery.

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Solid leadership and people management skills.

- High attention to detail with a strong compliance focus.

- Experience using Brevity or similar CRM/rostering systems (desirable).

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Current Driver Licence and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
