We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Service Technician to join our team in Coopers Plains, Brisbane. As a full-time Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a variety of safety-critical equipment, ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery

- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently

- Implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure the continuous operation of client equipment

- Providing on-site support and training to client personnel on the proper use and care of equipment

- Maintaining accurate records of all service activities and reporting on the status of equipment and projects





- Collaborating with the wider technical team to share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant technical qualification in a field such as engineering, electronics, or industrial maintenance

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a service technician or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sectors

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues

- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and provide training on equipment operation and maintenance
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A valid driver's licence and the willingness to travel to client sites as needed
