Service Scheduler – Porsche Centre Melbourne

An exciting full time opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Scheduler to join our Centralised Customer Hub at Porsche Centre Melbourne in Collingwood.

As the first point of contact for our Porsche Service Departments, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. From managing inbound enquiries and coordinating service bookings to proactively engaging with customers and maintaining our CRM database, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects the premium standards of the Porsche brand.

In this role you will:

- Answer inbound telephone calls for the Porsche Service Departments in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with service enquiries, vehicle concerns and aftersales information
- Book customer vehicles for servicing, maintenance and repairs while delivering a seamless customer experience
- Accurately direct enquiries to the appropriate departments where required
- Build strong relationships with new and existing Porsche customers
- Proactively contact customers regarding outstanding recommendations, future servicing requirements and business opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate service bookings and follow up on previous customer enquiries
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives, including CSI follow-up and customer feedback




- Resolve customer concerns or escalate matters appropriately to ensure timely outcomes
- Maintain accurate customer information within the dealership CRM system
- Work closely with Service Advisors and internal departments to ensure efficient scheduling and communication
- Ensure all bookings, records and documentation are completed accurately and in line with Porsche and Penske standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the wider dealership team as required

About You:

- Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, reception, retail, hospitality or automotive environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a confident and professional phone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills with confidence learning current systems
- A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to delivering premium customer experiences
- A passion for continuous improvement and providing outstanding service
