We're looking for a hands-on Service Technician to join our growing Ingleburn team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and being out on the road, this could be the perfect prospect for you.

About the Role

This is a field-based role servicing clients across the Sydney metropolitan region, including homes, hospitals, schools, and healthcare facilities.

You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing assistive technology equipment to ensure it remains safe, reliable, and tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair, and service assistive technology equipment

- Complete scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance

- Respond to breakdowns and urgent repair requests

- Install accessories and manage spare parts

- Maintain accurate service records using CRM systems

- Liaise with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes





- Manage jobs from start to finish with strong attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a technical, mechanical, or field service role

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Low-voltage electrical fault-finding experience highly regarded

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- Current Driver's Licence (essential)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
