What You’ll Be Doing

As a Field Service Technician, you will:

- Carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintenance on a range of agriculture and construction equipment in the field and in the workshop
- Provide expert advice and support to customers, helping them get the most from their machines
- Accurately document all work completed, including parts used and labour time.
- Travel to customer sites and respond to service and breakdown requests as required.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional service and technical expertise.
- Contribute to a culture of safety,



continuous improvement and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

- Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic or equivalent
- Has experience working on heavy diesel, mobile plant, construction and/or agricultural equipment.
- Experience with agricultural machinery will be highly regarded
- Brings strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Has field service experience or a strong desire to develop a career in field service.
- Is passionate about the construction, earthmoving or agricultural industries and enjoys working with customers to solve problems.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude, robust work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Delivers exceptional customer service and takes pride in their work.

This role requires specific certifications or licenses; we’ll request them later in the recruitment process.
