Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Engineer with strong expertise in Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance an organization's security, governance, risk, and compliance capabilities.
This is a highly technical role requiring deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, custom application development, integrations, and industry best practices for delivering secure and scalable ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions focused on:
Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM)
Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business, security, and compliance requirements.
Build and maintain integrations with third-party security and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with security, risk, compliance, infrastructure, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot platform issues and implement enhancements to improve system performance and functionality.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience with ServiceNow Unified Security Exposure Management (USEM).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript
ServiceNow Scripting
Flow Designer
IntegrationHub
Service Portal
Experience developing REST and SOAP API integrations.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and development best practices.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications.
Experience supporting enterprise security, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps).
Knowledge of Vulnerability Response, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and related ServiceNow modules.
Experience working in large enterprise environments.
