Role Description

We are looking for a hands‑on Content and Communications Manager who can write quickly, think clearly and consistently produce a high volume of strong work.

We are a specialist communications agency working across Australia’s energy and infrastructure sectors. Our clients operate in complex, fast‑moving environments and need content that is accurate, credible and delivered on time.

This is a practical, delivery‑focused role for someone who can take a brief, identify the angle, write the copy, monitor the news and keep content moving across multiple clients.

You will work across:

- LinkedIn posts, social content and carousels
- Media releases, articles, newsletters and client updates
- Daily media monitoring and morning reports
- Content calendars, scheduling and publishing
- Research,



proofreading and formatting
- Fast‑turnaround communications when news breaks
- General content and communications operations across the agency

You will need to be:

- A genuinely strong writer and editor
- Fast without sacrificing accuracy or quality
- Highly organised across multiple clients and deadlines
- Curious about news, business, politics, energy and infrastructure
- Comfortable working with senior clients and technical subject matter
- Responsive to feedback and able to improve work quickly
- Able to use AI tools intelligently to increase speed, quality and consistency without compromising judgement, accuracy or credibility
- The kind of person who sees what needs to be done and gets it done

Experience in agency communications, journalism, media monitoring, corporate communications, public relations or social media would be valuable.

Energy and infrastructure experience is welcome but not essential. Strong writing, judgement, reliability and output matter more.

This is a versatile contract role, with time spent working alongside our team in our Barangaroo office.

The role has the potential to become a significant and ongoing part of the agency.
