Currently our Quality Assurance department is seeking a Scientific Officer to join the team on a contract until end of 2026, with potential for extension. Key functions for this position include:

- Generate and review Quality Assurance documentation including but not limited to GMP clearances, product quality review, technical agreements, vendor qualifications process verification reports in accordance with relevant schedules, change control requirements or as requested.
- Notify and follow up affiliate sites in relation to product quality reviews.
- Ensure activities comply with GMP, legal and ethical standards.
- Complete documentation according to guidelines and communicate effectively with others.
- Plan, monitor and achieve goals within set time frames.
- Provide, build and maintain consistent, reliable and accurate customer service.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Science or similar);
- Experience writing reports and presenting data




- High level of written and verbal communication required
- Understanding of and ability to comply with regulatory legislation
- Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to comply with GMP
- Can understand technical documents and can communicate descriptions of problems and solutions
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing and conflicting priorities
