The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be a key member of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPI's
- Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
- Ensure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy
- Ensure products are displayed in accordance with Swatch Guidelines
- Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
- Keep up to date with current products, promotions and participate in regular training
- Follow up with customers via email and phone regarding warranty and repairs
- Ensure the highest level of customer service
