As a Cashier & Customer Service Administration Assistant, you have a desire to offer customers and outstanding shopping experience every time.

To be successful you must:

- Have a passion for retail
- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Confident with administration tasks
- Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

- A positive and energetic attitude and a love for happy customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written




- Must be motivated and have a outstanding eye for detail
- Experience communicating with customers and suppliers internally and externally
- Competent database management. (Eg: Excel and POS)
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Efficient cash handling and POS experience is advantageous
- Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays
