About the Chance:

We are looking for the industry’s best Sommeliers to join our team to deliver a best-in-class wine experience on a casual basis. You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine. This is a hands‑on role with focus on service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate will have

- Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant
- Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine
- Passion for wine and the industry
- Exceptional service skills
- Excellent communication and organisation
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Adaptable,



flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment
- Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
- WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
- Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Must have full Australian work rights
