Job Description

Are you an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys keeping teams running smoothly and customers supported? We’re looking for a Workshop Administrator to join us to provide support our busy Service team in Crystal Brook.

This varied role is key to keeping our workshop operations running efficiently across the region. You’ll assist with the coordination, scheduling, invoicing, and communication—working closely with technicians, branches, and customers to ensure everything stays on track.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Experience in a workshop, service, or trades environment (highly regarded)
- A solutions-focused mindset with robust attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
