Kenbury is working with a leading global investment and advisory platform seeking an Analyst to join its growing Technology team in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career candidate to gain hands-on experience across high-profile M&A; transactions within the technology sector. The successful candidate will join a high-performing, collaborative team and work closely with senior bankers across the full transaction lifecycle.

The role will include:

- Supporting the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactions

- Building financial models and undertaking detailed valuation analysis

- Preparing pitch books, information memoranda and transaction materials

- Conducting company, industry and market research

- Assisting with due diligence and transaction coordination

- Developing exposure to technology businesses across areas such as software, fintech, digital infrastructure and technology-enabled services

The ideal candidate will have:





- 18 months + M&A; advisory related experience

- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills

- A genuine interest in technology and technology-driven business models

- An excellent academic record

- Robust attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication skills

- The ability to perform effectively within a fast-paced and demanding environment

Candidates may currently be working within an investment bank, independent corporate advisory firm, Big Four M&A; team, or another relevant financial advisory environment.
