About the role:
As the Time Slotting & Inventory Coordinator, reporting to the Road Freight Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless stakeholder and customer experience, timely accurate time slotting, customer ownership, inventory administration and assist with day-to-day supply chain operations planning tasks.
In this role you will also:
- Document questions and answers about site access and mass limits in tracking list, escalating questions to the Road Freight Manager
- Complete close out activities associated with customer rejections and demurrage, including stock return and purchase orders
- Support the updating of Site Heavy Vehicle Access Profiles,
maintaining Permit Library information and communicating the access to the relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Review Harvest Receivals for mass compliance
