We’re seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of critical infrastructure, networking and migration of business systems projects across our organisation.

Why This Role Matters

You will oversee complex IT projects that directly support our mission of delivering exceptional care for meaningful ageing.

From IT Commissioning for new facilities to IT and infrastructure to set up and migrations of Systems and Infrastructure for newly acquired facilities.

The role may also include rolling out technology solutions across the organization such as SharePoint and Office 365.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver end‑to‑end IT Infrastructure, IT solutions and Networking projects aligned with PMO standards and organisational priorities.
- Develop and manage project documentation such as: Project Budgets and Financials, Vendor orders, invoicing and SOWs, convert infrastructure and network design documents to project schedules, Bill of Materials to track spending, resource planning.
- Engage stakeholders, track progress and manage deliverables, risks and impacts.
Oversee quality assurance, project controls, communication and change activities.
- Coordinate internal teams, technical staff, vendors and contractors.
- Monitor performance, critical path and alignment to program strategy; elevate issues as needed.
- Prepare reports and dashboards and briefings for senior leaders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.




- Set direction for project teams and build project management capability.
- Manage team budgets and support a proactive, positive culture.
Work with the PMO Manager to uplift governance, frameworks, processes and tools.

What you bring:

- 1) Significant experience delivering end‑to‑end IT infrastructure and networking projects in complex environments (Government, NFP or corporate).
- 2) Proven experience delivering projects across Infrastructure, Network, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and systems migration.
- 3) Significant experience delivering end‑to‑end IT projects in complex environments (Government, NFP or corporate).
- 4) Degree in Information Systems/Technology (or similar) plus PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent certification.
- 5) Skilled in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery with strong governance, business case development and risk management capability.
- Willingness to travel to sites for project and commissioning activities if required
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
