Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Outdoor Dining Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, near Uluru. Lead the Outdoor Dining team and oversee evening service under the night sky, driving guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Solid leadership in food and beverage or events is highly desirable; valid driver licence and RSA are required for eligibility as you manage rosters, setup, guest flow, and guest transport to the sand dunes.
