As an SEO Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our search campaigns – executing strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll take ownership of SEO initiatives, managing everything from strategy and technical optimisation to implementation and performance analysis.

- Talking directly with clients to understand their goals and craft strategies that deliver results, without the bureaucracy of a traditional account manager.
- Executing SEO campaigns through technical work, strategies, content briefing, as well as coordinating with other specialists within StudioHawk such as content writers, offsite, PR.
- Researching keywords, competitors, and trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Optimising websites and crafting content strategies that align with SEO best practices.
- Presenting insights and results to clients, helping them understand the “why” behind every move.
- Working closely with your team – sharing ideas, learning, and supporting each other.
- Learning and growing every week through mentorship, workshops, our world‑class learning & development program, and feedback.

Must haves:

- Located in Melbourne, Australia.
- 1–2+ years (or equivalent experience) in an SEO role.
- Hands‑on experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs,



SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
- Strong and transparent communication skills which you will use via emails, phone calls and during internal & external meetings.

Salary & Compensation:

- Base salary: AUD $65,000 to $80,000 + superannuation (depending on experience & technical ability)
- Bonus/performance incentives tied to client outcomes and workload.
