Are you looking to get involved by volunteering with a local community focused not-for-profit? Join a friendly and welcoming team made of volunteers and staff at Smile-A-Mile Toy Library. We are a registered charity committed to supporting children’s development through play located in Coolalinga.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Working with staff to check the condition of toys and suitability for borrowing
- Cleaning toys
- Re-shelving or organising the toy shelves
- Helping with other tasks as needed

- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Confident asking for help
- Attention to detail

Time Required

The hours of this role are flexible, we ask that you volunteer for a minimum of 1.5 hours either weekly or fortnightly during our opening hours.

Our opening hours are

- Thursday: 9.00am - 12.00pm
- Friday: 2.00 - 5.00pm
- First Saturday of the month: 9.00am - 12.00pm

Training

You will be provided with a short, informal induction session and tour of the toy library and guidance on our repair policies.
