Your Role as a Trainee Educator
As a valued member of our passionate team, you will:
- Learn how to deliver engaging, high-quality early childhood programs.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Build strong relationships with children and families.
- Be guided in recognising children as confident, capable learners.
- Collaborate with experienced educators in a warm, respectful team environment.
What You Will Need
- A willingness and motivation to complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion
- A current (or willingness to obtain) Paid Working with Children Check/Blue card.
- A kind, curious and collaborative attitude
