IP Recruitment is seeking a reliable, punctual and experienced Site Clerk to work with one of our clients completing a large residential subdivision in Byford. This role will see you working within a busy family owned construction company. The successful applicant will be require you to carry out various tasks including but not limited to: Project Administration & Documentation

- Document Control: Maintaining an organized register of project drawings, specifications, and RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Daily Logs & Reporting: Recording daily progress, weather conditions, equipment usage, and any incidents
- Quality Control, Inspections & Material Tracking: Monitoring material deliveries, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and logging material storage conditions.
- Workmanship Verification: Visually inspecting completed work to ensure it strictly follows engineer design specifications.
- Defect Reporting: Identifying and reporting poor workmanship or non-compliant materials early to prevent costly rework
- Safety,



Compliance & Safety Monitoring: Ensuring all workers comply with site safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and that hazard inspections are conducted.
- Regulatory Adherence: Verifying that construction methods meet shire standards

The successful applicant will receive an immediate start, adaptable with hours between 25 - 40hrs 5 days is a must. As well as being capable of the above tasks, all applicants will need to meet the below criteria.
- Be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia
- Hold a current Australian drivers licence
- Have your own reliable transport
- Have excellent written and spoken English
- Have better than average computer skills
- Be able to work Monday to Friday
- Have previous civil construction exposure
