As Elite Striping continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sign Installer to join our team and help carry that standard forward.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position involving the preparation and installation of vehicle graphics, fleet signage and a range of general signage projects.

The successful candidate will be practical, reliable and detail-focused, with previous experience in signage installation.

Experience with vehicle wrapping is a strong advantage, but it is not essential. We are also open to experienced sign installers who are willing to develop their vehicle wrapping skills.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include

- Installing vehicle graphics, decals and fleet signage
- Installing shopfront, building and commercial signage
- Applying vinyl graphics, window frosting and one-way vision film
- Accurately measuring, aligning and positioning signage
- Reading and following approved artwork, layouts and job instructions
- Using hand tools, power tools, ladders and access equipment safely
- Loading, transporting and handling signage and installation materials
- Identifying and communicating potential installation issues
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop, vehicle and work area




- Representing Elite Striping professionally while working at customer sites

About You We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous signage installation experience
- Takes pride in producing clean, professional work
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Can accurately measure, align and position signage
- Can follow job instructions and approved artwork
- Is reliable, punctual and organised
- Communicates clearly with team members and customers
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Can safely perform the physical duties required by the role
- Holds a current Australian driver’s licence
- Has valid Australian working rights

Highly Regarded The following skills and qualifications would be an advantage:

- Vehicle wrapping experience
- Vinyl application and finishing experience
- Experience installing shopfront and commercial signage
- Experience reading signage drawings and installation plans
