Our client provides a free shuttle bus service for its employees, running from Cockburn train station to its tailor-built Jandakot office/facility twice a day.

We proudly seek on their behalf applications for Shuttle Bus Operators to run a twice-daily shuttle service from Cockburn Train Station to the client office in Jandakot.

The Shuttle Bus

Operation is the primary position but also includes basic site maintenance responsibilities, in addition to Shuttle Bus Operation. As the Jandakot office encompasses beautiful native bushland that the client wants to ensure is inspected each day, as well as the site deliveries (goods in/out) area is clean & all pallets & products are stacked and put away neatly, hence the requirement of a forklift licence.

Responsibilities:

- Operation of Diesel Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van
- Drive employee pick-ups from Cockburn Train station to the Jandakot office twice daily.
- Schedule the runs in line with the Cockburn train station passenger arrivals schedule.




- Complete landscaping tasks such as whipper snippering, weed removal, leaf clearing, blowing

- Adhoc office tasks or utility duties as requested

- Minor vehicle maintenance tasks such as pool car/bus cleans, refuelling or vehicle inspections

Additional responsibilities:

- After each morning’s shuttle service, there are basic site maintenance requirements.
- Standard site review & clean up (blower, broom, site inspection)

Successful applicants will have:

- Current clean Drivers Licence (C Class) or above (HR highly regarded)
- Experienced in Shuttle bus operations
- Excellent time keeping
- Personable, polite, and diligent with a strong safety record.
- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Ability to pass and undergo a Drug and Alcohol screen.
- Ability and willingness to oversee basic site maintenance
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels including colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- Strong safety attitude and driver awareness
- Ability to work autonomously
- Physically fit
