Site Manager – High-End Residential Construction

At Sier Constructions, we specialise in architecturally designed luxury homes and complex residential renovations across Melbourne. We work closely with leading architects, designers and clients to deliver homes of exceptional quality, built with care and attention to detail.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee two concurrent residential projects, leading trades, maintaining quality and ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time and to the high standard we're known for.

The Role

You'll take ownership of up to two residential construction projects, coordinating all on-site activities throughout each stage of the build, from site establishment through to completion and handover.

Working closely with our Project Managers, you'll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to the exceptional quality standards that define Sier Constructions. You'll build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure each project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations across two construction sites.

- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries.

- Driving construction programs to ensure projects remain on schedule.

- Maintaining exceptional workmanship and quality throughout each stage of construction.

- Completing milestone Quality Assurance inspections and checklists.

- Ensuring compliance with OH&S; legislation and maintaining safe, well-organised sites.

- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

- Working collaboratively with Project Managers, architects, consultants and clients.

- Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact programme, quality or cost.





- Maintaining accurate site records, daily logs and project documentation using Buildertrend.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering quality homes and enjoys leading teams on site.

You'll ideally have

- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Site Manager within residential construction.

- A trade qualification in Carpentry (or a similar building trade), with a strong carpentry background highly regarded.

- Proven experience delivering luxury custom homes or high-end residential renovations.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and manage subcontractors and trades.

- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.

- A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.

- A strong commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail.

- Confidence interpreting construction drawings and coordinating complex architectural details.

- Experience using construction management software, with Buildertrend experience highly regarded.

- Current White Card.
