The Opportunity

We are seeking highly experienced, organised, motivated and client focused Site Manager to join us for our projects in the Eastern Suburbs (Malvern & Brighton) for our emerging SOHO BUILT Construction Team.

Immediate Start The Role

- Successfully deliver quality residential projects for our Clients and developer partners

- Projects requirements are predominately medium density residential

- Scheduling Trades and Subcontractors on site

- Ensuring OH&S; obligations are met weekly

- Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines

- Liaising with clients and delivering excellent customer service to our development partners

- Monitoring and controlling ETS budget

About You

- Significant experience in site management in projects or medium density settings

- Strong Ability to manage the Building Process from start to finish

- You are willing to be a team player

- Motivated and driven
- A customer-focused person,



with good communication skills capable of dealing with both retail customers and sophisticated developers alike
- A positive can-do attitude
