You will be responsible for managing and independently running the operations of a busy site.
A focus to delivering defect-free results are essential. You will play an exciting part in supervising and coordinating the construction of your homes and ensure that trades meet quality, timelines and OH&S; objective. Reporting to the Area Building Manager, your responsibilities will include: Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes
Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process
Partner with your Construction Manager and go through each of your jobs on your Clickhomes and be supportive to you
Maximising site production by ensuring sub contract trade availability
Scheduling and meeting trades on site
Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with your clients
Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures
Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices; and
Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.
Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard; and
Hand over your customers keys and settlement pack to your customer.

The successful candidate will have: MUST HAVE experience as a Site Manager with the residential building industry
Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems
Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with trades A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
Well versed in new homes contracts The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines; and
Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
