They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 17-storey luxury apartment development in Toowong.

The Role

Working with a direct line to the owner of the business and alongside the CM and PM, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

About You





- Proven experience delivering multi-storey apartment projects as a Site Manager.
- Strong understanding of structures, façades and high-end finishes.
- A confident leader with excellent subcontractor management and communication skills.
- Committed to safety, quality and programme delivery.
