Civcon Civil & Project Management is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on across various regional projects.
Civcon is a dynamic and growing civil construction and utilities contractor, delivering complex projects to the highest standards of safety, quality and performance. While our operations are primarily based throughout the Perth metropolitan area, we also undertake projects across regional Western Australia, providing opportunities to work on a diverse range of civil infrastructure and utility projects.
This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of civil and utility construction while working alongside an experienced and supportive project team. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating daily site activities, leading crews, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a drive-in, drive-out (DIDO) position that offers variety, responsibility and the chance to further develop your leadership career within a growing organisation.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
· Minimum 5 years in utilities (water) and Civil Construction are preferred
· Minimum of 3 years working in brownfield environments
· Experience with Main Roads Construction
· Strong supervisory and people management skills
· High regard for safety and quality
· Intermediate computer skills
· Construction Safety Card (White Card)
· Full WA driving License and Own Transportation
