Our new Burnett Heads site just out of Bundaberg has commenced construction and we're looking for a driven and a capable professional ready to step into this exciting opportunity. The Opportunity Our Burnett

Heads development will deliver 150 homes, with approximately 2 years of work on-site, plus a pipeline of projects in the future. Working alongside the Residential Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role in site operations - overseeing Plant Operators, Labourers, and subcontractors to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. We're looking for a confident and decisive leader who communicates effectively, solves problems quickly, and keeps projects running smoothy.

You will need to be proactive in identifying risks and maintaining momentum on-site, even under pressure.

To Be Successful You Must

Have a QBCC Licence

Experience in Residential Construction with high volume

Drivers Licence + white card A trade background,



carpentry is preferred

Supervisor experience while following OHS procedures

Problem solving skills and good decision making

Competent with IT, preferably Onsite Companion

Have a practical, hands-on approach ensuring you're present on site and follow through with what you commit to
