Your One Hub Solution is a Sydney-based company delivering construction management, project delivery and site coordination services across residential, strata and commercial projects.

We pride ourselves on honesty, integrity, clear communication and high-quality workmanship. Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong carpentry background to join our team and commence on-site immediately.

Role Overview The Site Supervisor will manage daily site operations across Sydney, with a strong focus on residential construction projects. This position is ideal for a qualified carpenter with at least three years of post-apprenticeship experience who can confidently supervise works, coordinate trades and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The successful applicant must be available to begin working in office immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise residential, strata and commercial construction projects across Sydney
- Manage daily site activities, schedules and workflows
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries
- Ensure work complies with approved plans, specifications and project timelines
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Enforce WHS requirements and conduct toolbox talks
- Complete site inspections and proactively resolve construction issues
- Liaise with project managers, strata managers,



clients and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate site documentation, progress reports and records
- Monitor project progress and address delays or risks promptly
- Read Arcitectural Plans & Engineer
- Know how to schedule Tradies

Essential Requirements
- Minimum three years of post-apprenticeship construction experience in Sydney
- Strong experience supervising residential construction projects
- Qualified carpenter with relevant Australian carpentry qualifications
- Proven site supervision experience
- Sound knowledge of NSW building standards, regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Valid White Card
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable transport
- Available to start immediately

Desirable
- Experience working on occupied strata sites
- Commercial construction experience
- First Aid and additional WHS certifications
- Experience progressing from a trade role into site supervision
