We are seeking a driven and hands-on part-time Social Media & Content Coordinator with the ability to produce engaging on-brand content across our digital platforms. You will bring our brand to life, build an engaged community and partner with creators and influencers to extend our brand reach You’ll be responsible for:

Owning and delivering the content calendar and production schedule across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Acting as one of the faces of Darche across social media platforms

Creating and maintaining authentic and engaging content that reflects the Darche brand voice.

Delivering impactful influencer and creator partnerships, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with Darche brand values and campaign goals.

Reporting on channel growth, content performance, influencer activity and campaign outcomes.

Capturing and producing content across major ANZ trade shows and expos.

Working with the product specialists on the development and management of the product training portal.





Provide digital content support for major retailors What you bring to the role:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record of leveraging social media to engage audiences and driving sales. To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

Proven Experience – 2-3 years in a similar role.

Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other medial platforms.

Strong editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar products.

Strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practices and evolving content formats.

Excellent communication skills

Experience in managing influencer and brand partnerships A proactive attitude and willingness to bring new ideas

Genuine passion for our products and the Outdoor industry

Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking abilities

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills

Must be willing and able to travel

Must be willing to work some weekends where dictated by events
