About the role
As a Social Worker / Mental Health Professional, you will: Provide mental health assessments, counselling, crisis intervention and case management.
Work collaboratively with GPs, psychiatrists, and other health professionals.
Support clients through recovery planning, referrals, and advocacy.
Deliver mental health education and health promotion within the community.
Contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on culturally safe, person-centred care.

Experience and qualifications required To be successful, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline.
- Current professional registration (where applicable).
- Experience working in community mental health.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and case management skills.
- A genuine commitment to delivering culturally responsive and person-centred care.
- A current driver's licence.
- A current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
- A current National Police Clearance.
