The Role

- Serving customers on the trade counter
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Processing orders,quotesand backorders
- Building solid customer relationships
- Learning systems and branch operations

Over time, there will be opportunities to grow into other areas of the business,



including accounts payable orexternal sales.

About You

- Previouscustomer service,tradeor sales experience preferred
- Electrical or wholesale industry exposure is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communicationskills and a good attitude
- Reliable,proactiveand willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Current driver’slicenceand reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights
