At Medibank, we're using AI to create better experiences for our people, customers and members. As a Senior AI Solutions Analyst you'll play a key role in designing, building and evolving AI-powered solutions that simplify work, improve efficiency and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

We're looking for a Senior AI Solutions Analyst who combines strong business analysis skills with technical expertise and a passion for AI. This is an prospect to work on real-world AI and automation initiatives that are transforming how work gets done across the organisation.

Reporting to the AI Enablement Lead, you'll work closely with product owners, engineers and business stakeholders to analyse needs, shape solutions and deliver AI-powered workflows and applications that create lasting value.

Your Impact

- Analysing business challenges and identifying opportunities for automation and workflow improvement.
- Translating requirements into practical, scalable AI and application solutions.
- Enhancing and maintaining workflows and applications to improve reliability, performance and user experience.
- Contributing to solution design,



discovery activities and technical documentation.
- Supporting applications in production, investigating issues and implementing sustainable fixes.
- Partnering with engineers and stakeholders to continuously improve internal AI platforms and capabilities.

About you

You're naturally curious, passionate about emerging AI technologies and enjoy solving complex problems. You thrive in environments that encourage big picture thinking.

As an experienced Software Engineer, you'll bring:

- Proven experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Strong experience analysing, developing and enhancing applications and automation workflows in code-first environments.
- Knowledge of modern AI development practices, including agentic workflows, orchestration and LLM-based solutions.
- Experience working within agile delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and communication skills.
- A passion for experimenting with AI tools and exploring new ways to apply technology to real business challenges.
