Looking for an experienced customer facing Business Analyst / Technical Writer with a strong ITIL Service Management and Cyber Compliance Framework background for an initial six month contract based in Sydney!

The brief

- Working with external enterprises and senior stakeholders using your well honed Business Analysis and Technical Documentation to elicit and present your findings
- Work concurrently on up to 4 projects, typically 1-2
- Produce Standard Operating Procedures, Runbooks and oversee Workshopping activities
- Use AI to work smarter and produce high quality results
- Work collaboratively with project delivery teams

The ideal candidate

- Must have extensive and current ITIL Service Management and Cyber Compliance experience
- Will have worked for a small to medium IT Services / Managed Services provider




- Be confident engaging a variety of external customers and Senior Executives
- Outstanding articulation and communication skills
- Ideally you will have worked as a Technical Writer at some point but this is not mandatory
- A foundational technical understanding in a number of these; Infrastructure / Cyber / DC / Cloud / EUC / NIST / ISO
- A team player is critical
- A solid understanding of the benefits and applications of AI, Copilot or similar
