Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative within our Customer Care team, you'll be the trusted point of contact for our customers, delivering an outstanding service experience while building strong relationships over the phone and through email. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing solutions and support to customers. You will manage inbound enquiries and proactively engage with customers to support them with:

- Product enquiries and recommendations
- Order processing, returns and quotations
- Promotions, recent products and special offers
- Customer account enquiries
- General administration and customer follow-up
- Identifying opportunities to add value through solutions-focused conversations

Through your interactions, you'll help strengthen customer relationships, contribute to sales growth, and ensure our customers receive the exceptional support they expect.

Skills & Experience

- Previous customer service experience in a phone-based or customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft OfficeStrong organisational and administration skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Experience working to goals, service standards, or KPIs will be highly regarded
