Diploma Educators | Child Care | Multiple Roles in the NT

C2C Recruitment Group partners with leading Early Childhood Education and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) providers across the Northern Territory, connecting them with experienced, passionate Diploma-qualified Educators and Early Childhood Teachers, from coast to country.

We currently have a range of exciting opportunities available across Early Learning and OSHC services, including:

- Assistant Educator
- Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

Positions are available in both metropolitan and regional locations.

Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible and outstanding candidates.

Requirements

- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid visa with work rights in Australia (Visa sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates)
- ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ECT)
- Minimum 1 year full time (or equivalent) relevant industry experience (Leadership experience highly regarded, e.g. mentoring staff, acting as Responsible Person)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting, including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis
- Up-to-date Child Protection and Safety Training
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Services National Regulations
- A professional, positive attitude and genuine passion for children's learning, development, and wellbeing




- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check (Must have no criminal convictions and not be a prohibited person under the Education and Care Services National Law)
- Program Planning & Delivery: Ability to design, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF or MTOP frameworks. Commitment to reflective practice, continuous improvement, and child safety at all times
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Strong working knowledge of NQS, EYLF/MTOP, and National Regulations. Demonstrated ability to uphold and lead compliance standards
- Communication & Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build respectful, collaborative relationships with children, families, and teams
- Organisational & Administrative Skills (Director and Coordinator roles only): Experience with rostering, budgeting, reporting, and accurate record-keeping
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Confident, thoughtful decision-making that supports staff and children's wellbeing
