We are seeking a customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our ICT team. As the first point of contact for ICT support, you will play a key role in delivering timely and effective technical assistance to staff across multiple locations, including Perth, Alice Springs, and remote communities.

This is a hands-on role where you will support a range of systems, devices, and technologies while contributing to a responsive and reliable ICT service environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 ICT support across desktops, mobile devices, networks, and applications.
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and service desk tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Log, track, and manage incidents, escalating where required.
- Configure, install, and maintain hardware including computers, phones, and peripherals.
- Support systems across Windows, macOS, mobile platforms, and remote access environments.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain ICT asset registers and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with user account management and onboarding support.
- Contribute to documentation, user guides, and continuous improvement of ICT processes.
- Undertake occasional travel to remote communities as required.

Skills and Experience

- Experience in a Service Desk or ICT support role (Level 1 or similar).
- Robust customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a range of systems and devices.




- Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Familiarity with mobile devices, networks, and remote access tools (e.g. Citrix) desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Valid WA Drivers licence.
